This policy applies to items purchased on www.a3cfestival.com by means of our e-commerce shopping cart. For our ticket policy, please check here.

All items purchased through www.a3cfestival.com are eligible for a full refund if any of the following are applicable:

-Wrong item was shipped

-Item arrived damaged (you must notify A3C immediately after receipt)

-Item is different than described on our website during time of purchase.

Each return or refund will be addressed on a case-by-case basis, and we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.
